At Vera Mode, shipping costs are on us—always! That’s right, Free Shipping on every order.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days.
  • Quick Tip: Place your order before 11:00 PM GMT, and it’ll be processed within the next business day.
  • Weekend/Bank Holidays: Orders made during weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Delivery takes 4-5 business days after dispatch.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (Processing + Delivery).
  • Delivery Details: Tracking information will be automatically provided in your email within 24 hours. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or junk folder.

Please Note: 

  • Some destinations in the UK (e.g. Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands) may require an additional 1-2 business days for delivery.

Orders Delays

We strive for timely deliveries, but occasionally, there may be unexpected delays. If that happens, we’ll notify you via email immediately. Transparency is key—you’ll always be in the loop.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take care to package your order securely, but if it arrives damaged, don’t worry!

  • Email us at support@veramode.co.uk with a clear photo of the damaged item.
  • We’ll resolve it promptly and ensure you’re taken care of.

Cancellations & Returns Orders

Changed your mind? We’ve got you covered:

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order anytime free of charge, before it’s dispatched. Just email us at support@veramode.co.uk.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, we can’t cancel orders that have already left our warehouse.

  • After Delivery: Customers have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving the order, in accordance with UK Consumer Contract Regulations.
    Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
